Egg Custard Pie

Introduction

Found this online and changed it so my mother could eat it. It is the best one I have tried yet. Found this online and changed it so my mother could eat it. It is the best one I have tried yet.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 large eggs
    1 cup splenda
    2 cups milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    sprinkle of nutmeg

Directions

Yields: 1 deep dish pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix eggs, splenda, milk, and vanilla in a medium bowl until well combined. Pour into deep dish pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 45-50 minutes or until almost set. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy.
