Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 tbs olive oil
    small onion, minced
    2 celery stalks, minced
    4 cloves of garlic
    1/4 tsp dried basil
    1/4 tsp dried oregano
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    5 oz mushrooms, sliced
    1 15 oz can of lima beans, rinsed and drained
    1 15 oz can diced toms
    1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
    3/4 cup water

Directions

cook veggies until tender, add other ingredients and heat through. Serve warm.
