Swedish Turkey Meatballs

Introduction

This is a recipe that I found on the back of a ground turkey package. I tweeked it a bit to cut down on fat and calories. This is a recipe that I found on the back of a ground turkey package. I tweeked it a bit to cut down on fat and calories.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Turkey
    1 C. Soft breadcrumbs
    1/3 C 1% Milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp each ground nutmeg & ground pepper
    1/8 tsp each ground ginger, cloves & cinnamon
    1Tbl Olive oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 C Lowfat Sour Cream
    1/4 C Nonfat Yogurt
    1 can mushroom (4 OZ)

Directions

Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg white, salt, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger, mix well. Shape into 16 meatballs. Heat in oil until browned, drain oil from skillet, return meatballs to the skillet along with mushrooms, soup, yogurt and sour cream, heat until sauce is hot and serve over noodles.
