Skillet Potatoes

Introduction

Good fro breakfast,lunch or dinner....great sub for fried skillet potatoes, which my husband loves!!! Good fro breakfast,lunch or dinner....great sub for fried skillet potatoes, which my husband loves!!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp smart balance w/ omega 3
    5 med potatoes sliced
    1/2 sweet onion sliced
    salt,pepper, garlic and whatever else you like.
    (tony's for me,low sodium)

Directions

*Slice potatoes and onions
*Get a skillet warm, drizzle with olive oil, add potatoes and onions.
*Add smart balance and spices....cook for 25-30 minutes . Or until potatoes are soft.
