Â¼ c. butter, melted
14 slices day old bread, torn into small pieces
1 Â½ C. chopped fresh pe4aches
2 Â½ C. milk
1 Â½ C. fat free half and half
1/2 C. peach preserves
1 Â½ C. Splenda
2 t. vanilla extract
Toss bread with chopped peaches, place in prepared pan. Beat eggs, milk, half and half, peach preserves, Splenda , and vanilla in a medium bowl until frothy. Pour over bread and lightly press down with a spatula until bread has absorbed the milk mixture.
Bake for 40 to 45 min, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped. Serves 20+
