4-Chicken Breast Halves, Boneless & Skinless 3/4 C. Sugar Free Maple Syrup 2 T. Spicy Brown Mustard 1-1/4 t. tarragon
Cut each chicken breast half lengthwise into six strips.comine syrup, mustard, and tarragon in a resealable plastic bag. Add Chicken and swish around. Refigerate 4 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thread strips on metal or soaked bamboo skewers. Arrange on a broiler pan. You can also place on a grill. Bake 20 minutes oruntil cooked through.
OMGosh! This was sooooo good! I didnt use the mustard, and it came out amazing. I cant wait to cook this for my parents this week. You can even cook it without the shewers in a pan in the oven.
