Hazelnut and Almond Butter

Introduction

YUMMIER THAN YOUR REGULAR OLD PEANUT BUTTER! YUMMIER THAN YOUR REGULAR OLD PEANUT BUTTER!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 cup whole hazelnuts
    1 cup whole almonds
    dash of salt

Directions

Roast the nuts in a large skillet until browned and fragrant. Dump into a food processor and blend until smooth. The mixture will look like ground nuts at first, but be patient and let the food processor keep doing its thing because that is when the glorious nut butter will come!

Makes 1 1/2 cup nut butter (about 24 -1 Tbsp servings
