Ingredients

    2 cups Skim Milk
    1/2 cup Plain, Fat-Free Yorgurt (Organic is better)
    1/3 cup plain rolled oats
    2 TBSP unsweetened applesauce
    1 banana (fresh or frozen)
    1-2 cups frozen berries
    1 scoop plain Whey Protein Powder
    1 scoop Muscle Milk Light, Vanilla Creme flavor
    1 TBSP bee pollen granules
    1 TBSP ground flax seed

Directions

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend! No ice required.

**Try to never use over-ripe bananas. If they turn brown, they are like eating pure sugar. I buy green bananas, and as they ripen, I freeze them. Microwave a frozen banana for 30 seconds to make it easier to peel.
