1 16oz. container fat free Greek yogurt 1 large English cucumber, grated on large side of box grater 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp salt pepper 1 lemon 1-2 tbsp chopped dill
Place grated cucumber into a strainer suspended over a bowl. Toss with salt and let sit 15-20 minutes. Push down on cucumber to release as much water as possible and then place into a bowl. Add yogurt, garlic, juice of one lemon, dill, and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until serving time.
