Spicy Faux Fried Chicken

Introduction

Spicy and full of fiber! Spicy and full of fiber!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    24 oz, Boneless skinless chicken breasts tenderloins
    1-1/2 cups, Fiber One Original Cereal
    Hot Sauce to taste
    Garlic Powder to taste
    Cayenne Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place cereal in a food processor or blender and pulse until the consitency of bread crumbs. Place in a flat dish or pie pan, add garlic and cayenne, stir to combine.

Place chicken tenderloins in a bowl and place desired amount of hot sauce over the strips. Toss to cover.

Remove chicken one piece at a time and roll in cereal crumbs.

Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Once all spice on on baking sheet spray pieces lightly with cooking spray.

Bake for 10 minutes and then turn slices. Finish baking until lightly brown and crust is crispy. (Another 8-10 minutes)
