1 lb. Whiting
1 can Mushroom stems & pieces, drained.
1 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 Tbs. Butter
1 1/4 of Lemon Juice or from 1 fresh lemon.
1 Tbs. of Dried or Fresh Parsley.
Heat large saute pan with the butter & olive oil. When hot, add fish without pieces touching. Cook till flacky & golden brown. Place to the side.
Add Mushrooms & seasoning with Parsley to the hot pan, simmer for few minutes. Add Lemon juice . Cook about 30 sec. Pour over fish or may be served to the side.
