    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)
    Tofu, firm, 1 block (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 4 tbsp (remove)
