3 lbs. Ground Turkey
1 medium white Onion
1.25 cups Cambell's Healthy Request Tomato
1.75 cups Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 Green Pepper
4 stalks Celery
3 packages Chili Seasoning
3.5 cups Italian Stewed Tomatoes
4 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 lb elbows Macaroni
2.Add chopped vegetables to oiled pot.
3.Sautee vegetables in pot until onions are translucent.
4.Add ground beef and brown.
5.Add chili mix and stir until all powder is absorbed, and all ground beef is coated.
6.Mix in tomato soup and stewed tomatoes.
7.Add rinsed kidney beans.
8.Leave to simmer on low heat for about Â½ hour, stirring occasionally.
9. Cook macaroni according to packaged instructions and add into pot at the end.
Tip: One minced garlic clove for extra flavor.
Makes 20 servings.
