Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    5 cracker squares saltines or other soda cracker
    1 tbsp extra light olive oil
    Dash or two of salt (if desired)

Directions

Hard boil eggs, peel and add to cereal bowl. Add crackers, and crush crackers and eggs into small pieces. Add olive oil and mix well. Add salt if desired.

Makes 1 serving.
