Introduction

A big favorite in my household! A big favorite in my household!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Flour, white, 3 cups
    Baking Powder, 3 tsps
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 3 cup
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chips, 10 tbsp

Directions

Mix together buttermilk and eggs. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add the chocolate chips to the flour mixture and coat them well. This should prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the mixture. Mix both bowls together. Heat your griddle and pour out approximately 1/2 cup of batter per pancake. Cook on one side, then flip and cook on the other.

Note: If using whole wheat flour, add an extra 1/2 cup of milk. Also tastes quite good!
