Introduction

This makes a good vegetarian main dish or picnic side dish. It tastes great cold or warmed up a bit in the microwave. This makes a good vegetarian main dish or picnic side dish. It tastes great cold or warmed up a bit in the microwave.

Ingredients

    16 oz. box tricolor rotini pasta
    6 cans of assorted beans, rinsed and drained
    (try red, pink, black, or white beans, or chickpeas)
    1 bottle Honey Catalina salad dressing (can use light catalina versions)
    Salt/pepper to taste
    Tabasco sauce to taste (optional)

Directions

Cook pasta as directed and drain. Toss all ingredients together and mix well. Enjoy!
