Ingredients

    1 tortilla, fat free
    3 oz cod fillet, cut into strips
    shredded lettuce
    1 tbsp fat free sour cream
    3 oz avocado slices
    1 tbsp salsa
    sliced radish

Directions

Heat about 1/2 to 3/4 cup water in a skillet.
Add a generous amout of Mrs. Dash to flavor.
Add fish and cook for 2 minutes or less, til done.
Assemble taco with warm tortilla.
