3 cups chopped broccoli
3 slices lo fat ham, chopped
1/4 red onion
4 oz fat free sharp chedder
6 tbsp fat free mayonnaise
1 tbsp white vinegar
3 tsp cup sugar
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
salt and pepper
Blanch lightly, if desired, and chill.
Place broccoli in a large bowl.
Add the ham, onion, and cheese. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add to the broccoli misture and toss gently.
