Portabello Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

    1 or 2 portabello mushrooms, diced into bite size pieces
    1 cup green bell pepper, diced
    1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
    1/3 cup onion, diced
    4 oz. chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
    2 tbsp canola oil
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in large skillet and sautee over medium heat until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Serve and enjoy!
