Southern Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

    6 cups thinly sliced potatoes
    .5 tsp salt
    3 tbsp canola or vegetable oil

Directions

Heat oil over med high heat until shimmering. Add sliced potatoes and cook about 15 minutes until tender and slightly browned, stirring gently every few minutes. Sprinkle with salt.
