Introduction

This is a slightly adapted recipe from a candida cleanse recipe website that my husband and I have enjoyed, even though he doesn't typically like cabbage! It is not TOTALLY sugar free, but only 1.8 grams per serving, or less depending on the tomato juice you use. Ingredients

    Cabbage, 3 cups, chopped
    1 onion
    1/2 cup cooked brown rice
    Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 1 pound
    Tomato juice, without salt added, 2 cup
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp Flax seed, ground

Directions

brown meat, add everything else but cabbage. Mix well. Put cabbage in a greased casserole. Add meat mixture and bake covered at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
