Sunrise Tropical Smoothie

Introduction

A little mixture of everything I love from the islands. A little mixture of everything I love from the islands.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    *1/3 cup strained plain, lowfat yogurt
    1/3 cup Silk Light Vanilla Soymilk
    1/2 mango, diced
    100 grams diced fresh pineapple
    2-3 tbsp sliced cherries, or other berry
    1 tbsp honey
    ice- if desired

    * Strain yogurt in colander for at least 8 hours. Result is a yogurt roughly the consistency of sour cream.

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Makes 1 serving.
