Tasty Noodle Salad

Introduction

Very filling !! This recipe is great by it's self, or to add with a meat of some sort for a Chinese type meal.
I added it with Peanut Chicken, another SP recipe and the family loved it !!

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    12 oz package Egg Noodles
    2 cups green peppers
    2 cups broccoli
    2 cups carrots
    (The day I made this I was almost out of veggies, any combination of veggies may be used... 6 total cups of veggies makes the 12 cup servings, when added to the pasta)
    1 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp ground oregano
    1/4 tsp salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    4 oz chicken broth

Directions

Cook noodles according to package until just tender, not quite done... drain
Take 4 oz chicken broth, (I use bullion cubes, for less fat, but regular can be used as long as you take consideration of the fat added), and stir all spices into broth.
Add broth mixture to a wok or non-stick pan, on medium heat... add veggies, and cook till done but crunchy still.
Turn veggies on low heat, add pasta, and toss will pasta is coated with juices, and no juices are in bottom of pan.
Makes 12 - 1 cup servings
