Ingredients

    3 oz tomato paste,
    16 oz can whole tomatoes
    1 cup water
    6 oz dry spaghetti. broken into 3rds
    5 oz cooked extra lean ground beef
    garlic
    onions,
    green peppers
    fennel seed
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Add all to pressure cooker and bring up to pressure. Cook for 5 minutes. Quick release under cold water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
