Ingredients

    chicken tender strip, cut into smaller peices, 224 gram(s)
    cooked shrimp, 4 oz
    broccoli-2spears, 3 serving
    light soy sauce, 4 serving
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tbsp
    water 2 tbsp or apple juice
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup
    Scrambled Egg, 1 large
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    olive oil 1 tbsp

Directions

cook the brown rice as directed.

In a small bowl mix the soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder and water. Then in a wok put olive oil you can use the spray if you want to eliminate some caloires. Start cooking the chicken peices and cook until pink is gone then remove add some spray to start cooking the broccoli about 3 min till a little tender. Then add the shrimp and the mixed sauce in the pan then add the chicken back in. Cook about 3 minutes. Remove and then put in a sep. platter or bowl. Spray the wok again and scramble the egg and then add the onion then add the already prepared brown rice. fry for about 2 minute just to get it all mixed together and the onions are done. Serve prepared chicken shrimp and brocolli over the rice. VERY FILLING. You will not be hungry in an hour.
