Breakfast Burrito Innards

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey
    Eggs
    Potatoes
    Mushrooms
    Bell Pepper
    Onion

Directions

Start by browning the potatoes in a cast iron pan. When they are almost done, add the ground turkey and brown it. Then add the eggs, onion, mushrooms and bell pepper and cook until the eggs are done.

We spray the pan with pam and add 2 small pats of butter - you may choose to use oil if you prefer, but it may change the calorie outcome slightly.

Serve on a tortilla with cheese (or just eat as is in a bowl if you are avoiding breads or cheeses).

    Wow! I didn't realize they don't show .

    We used

    1lb Ground Turkey
    8 Large Eggs
    4 Medium Golden Potatoes
    1 c. Mushrooms
    1 c. Bell Pepper Slices
    1/2 of an Onion

    PS - If you click on the "Ingredients Details" link above the "Add Recipe to Meal Planner" button I think it shows it too
