Summer spinach & Chicken salad

Introduction

Great main meal salad. Great main meal salad.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 c baby spinach
    2 sliced mushrooms
    2 sliced strawberries
    1/8 c canned manadarin oranges
    2 tsp slivered almonds
    2.5 ounces grilled chicken, sliced
    10g chinese steam fried noodles
    sprinkle of orange craisins and green onion(optional)
    Newman's own low fat sesame thai dressing

Directions

1 serving

Grill chicken.

While chicken is cooking, layer the ingredients on a plate...spinach, mushrooms, strawberries, oranges, green onion and craisins (optional). Sprinkle with slivered almonds. Slice cooked chicken and place on top of salad. Top chicken with crumbled steam fried noodles. Drizzle entire salad with salad dressing.
