Great for a hot summer day or those mornings you just don't have time to sit down and eat. Great for a hot summer day or those mornings you just don't have time to sit down and eat.

Ingredients

    Soy milk, chocolate, 1 cup
    Banana, frozen, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)

Directions

In blender place frozen banana and chocolate soy milk and blend until creamy.

Enjoy.

Makes a little over 1 cup.
