Garlicky Grilled Chicken Salad

Introduction

Ingredients

    3 oz boneless & skinless chicken breast
    1 tsp olive oil (or use olive oil spray)
    1 Tablespoon minced garlic
    1 .5 cups tossed salad greens
    2 Tablespoons light ranch dressing

Directions

Heat your pan over medium heat. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Add olive oil and garlic to pan and then toss in the chicken. Stir to coat the chicken well. Cook until done.

Place the chicken on top of the salad greens and top with dressing.
