Chicken Broccoli Dijon

Ingredients

    8 ounces Chicken Broth
    1 T. Soy Sauce
    1 clove Garlic
    10 ounce package Frozen Broccoli
    1 T. Olive Oil
    1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    9 t. Dijon Mustard

Directions

Mix Chicken Broth and Soy Sauce together. Cook broccoli and garlic in olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Remove from skillet.

Add chicken to skillet. Stir fry until fully cooked. Add broth and soy sauce mixture. Boil. Reduce heat to low. Add dijon mustard. Add broccoli and garlic mixture back to the skillet. Stir. Cook until fully heated.
