Blondie Brownies

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup lowfat butter
1 tbsp milk
1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup pecans
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8x8x2 pan.
Combine butters & milk in large saucepan. Place on low heat until butter melts. Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar. Add egg. Stir until well blended.
Combine flours, baking powder, salt & flaxseed. Stir into sugar mixture. Stir in vanilla & nuts. Spread evenly into baking pan.
Bake 27-30 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan, cut into 16 squares.
