Spanish Rice

Introduction

A great tasting, low fat meal that can easily be turned into a side by subtracting the chicken! A great tasting, low fat meal that can easily be turned into a side by subtracting the chicken!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup White rice
    2 tbs Chopped raw onions
    1 tsp. Garlic
    1 can Tomatoes with green chilies
    1 3/4 c. Water

Directions

Pre-cook your chicken breast in the oven or in a pan. Cut the chicken into small chunks. Combine all ingredients in medium pot and simmer on medium heat until rice is soft, stirring occasionally. Store in sealed container.
