Introduction

Fabulous freezer soup to carry to work or school. Fabulous freezer soup to carry to work or school.

Ingredients

    2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 1/2 c. vegetable broth
    1 c. chunky salsa
    1 t. ground cumin
    salt/pepper to taste

Directions

Process everything in food processor until smooth and creamy. Heat in microwave or stove top until heated through.
