1 cube of butter (1/2 cup) NOT margarine 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cook noodles as directed and drain. In a small pan, melt the butter and cook on low heat until frothy and brown bits are forming on the bottom of the pan. Place the hot noodles on a serving plate and drizzle the browned butter on top. Sprinkled the cheese on top of the buttered noodles and toss. Serve with a great green salad.
