Introduction

This recipe is almost sugar free (if it wasn't for the banana and skim milk, it would be completely sugar free). This is a great dessert to take to a gathering. Ingredients

    1 Box Jello Sugar Free, Fat Free Banana Pudding Mix
    2 Cups Skim Milk
    8 Tablespoons of Sugar Free Cool Whip
    16 Murray's Sugar Free Vanilla Wafers
    1 Med Banana, sliced

Directions

Prepare pudding mix as instructed. Set aside to set.

Using a pretty glass bowl, place 8 cookies along the bottom. Slightly overlap the cookies. Take 1/2 of the pudding and layer on top of the cookies. Smooth. Layer 1/2 of the banana slices on top, and then 1/2 of the whipped cream. Repeat, ending with the whipped cream.

Add 2 tsp of chopped peanuts to garnish (optional).
