Ingredients

1skinless chicken breast.
1 tablespoon mango chutney.
1 clove of garlic, crushed.
Pinch of chili powder.
Grated ginger.
Directions
1. Combine mango, garlic, chili and ginger in a flat dish.
2. Flatten chicken breast between two pieces of cling film until even.
3. Coat both sides of chicken with mango mixture and leave to stand for 30 minutes if possible to combine flavours.
4. Grill chicken 8 to 10 minutes turning once.
5. Serve with a mixed salad...enjoy.
