Ingredients

    1 can Black Beans
    1/4 C. Onions, raw
    1/2 c. Shelled, defrosted Edamame Soybeans
    1.5 cups chopped portabella Mushrooms
    6 T BBQ Sauce
    3 T Cider Vinegar
    2 T Maple Syrup
    1 T Chili powder
    1 t Paprika
    1 t Savory

Directions

Mix all together in a baking pan and toss well to coat all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Serve warm or chilled.
