    red pepper
    thai curry powder
    sweet chilli sauce 4tbsp
    4tbsp cream fraiche
    7tbsp coconut milk
    onion
    mango

Directions

fry chicken, thai powder, onion and peppers to seal meat
add sweet chilli
then coconut milk and cream fraiche and mango
yum!!
