Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1.25 head, large (about 7" dia) (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup (remove)
    Imagine Organic No Chicken Broth, 4 cup (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup (remove)

Directions

Saute onion, carrots, celery in olive oil in large soup pot.
Add tomato.
Chop up cabbage and add.
Add 2 cans of tomato sauce (15 oz. cans)
Add 1 small can of tomato paste
Add 1 carton of broth (4 cups) + more water as desired. (if don't have broth use water, or water + boullion cubes)
Simmer til all veggies are soft
Add salt, pepper, spices (oregano, basil) to taste.

should make about 10 servings.
