Turkey Chili

Introduction

Great tasting, and fast comfort food. Great tasting, and fast comfort food.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lb. Ground Turkey
    1 pkg. Chili seasoning mix
    1 can(29 oz.) Whole Kernal sweet corn, drained
    1 can(15 oz.) Red Kidney beans, drained
    1 can(16 oz.) Bush's Chili beans
    2 cans(14.5 oz each) Diced tomatoes w/garlic and onion
    1 can(7 oz.) diced green chilies, drained (optional)

Directions

1. Brown meat in large saucepan; drain if needed. Add all remaining ingredients.
2. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
Optioanl toppings:
Sliced green onions
Low or Reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
Low fat Sour cream
