A treat of fresh seasonal fruits over creamy cottage cheese A treat of fresh seasonal fruits over creamy cottage cheese
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup low fat or non fat cottage cheese
    1 small apple, cored and chopped
    3/4 cup strawberries,halved
    1/2 cup cantaloupe
    1 Tsp. slivered almonds or other nuts

    Place cottage cheese in medium-size serving bowl. top with fruit and nuts.
    Yield 1 serving
    Value: Equals 1 protien + 2 fruits + 1 fat

    sounds great, I'm going to try it tonight! ps I ran each ingredient through the food tracker and it totaled 328 cal not the 123 that is listed, and all the nutritional values were higher (some by a whole lot)... I wonder why? - 6/6/12
