Ingredients

    1/2 lb. black beans
    1/2 lb. pinto beans
    1/2 lb. white beans
    12 red ripe tomatoes
    2 onions
    3 cloves garlic
    1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
    3 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
    1 sereno pepper
    1 lb ground turkey meat

Directions

Put beans in pot and cover in water. Bring to boil. Turn off heat and let sit for 24 hours. Drain.

Add tomatoes, chopped onions, crushed garlic, parsley and sea salt. Let stew.

In frying pan, fry up ground turkey. Add to chilli.

Add chilli powder or hot pepper sauce to desired taste.
