Submitted by: ESSIE79Introduction
Under 4 grams of fat and LOTS of protein. Under 4 grams of fat and LOTS of protein.Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
-
molly mcbutter, 2 serving
Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces
Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup
Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp
Shrimp, cooked, 6 oz
Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
Basil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Boil pasta as directed. Cut the chicken into peices and place in bowl. Add 3/4 of the spices into the bowl and toss into chicken until covered. Then spray a medium pan with olive oil and cook the chicken. Then take out of pan and set aside. The pasta should be about done by now. Then take the shrimp into a bowl and add the rest of the spices on the shrimp, use olive oil spray on pan then cook the shrimp. Once the pasta is done drain the pasta and add the prepared meat. Use a couple of sprays of the olive oil on the pasta so it will not be sticky. Once you make a serving on the plate add a serving of molly mcbutter on top of each serving of the pasta. You can add a little salt if it is bland for your liking and
you can use real olive oil instead of spray, but it will increase your calories.
