Ingredients

1 Haas Avocado, Quartered
1 Medium Tomato, Sliced into 8 slices
4 Tbsp Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese, divided
8 slices Natures Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Toasted
Directions
Slice quarters of Avocado into thin wedges(4 wedges per quarter). Slice tomato into 8 slices. Lightly toast bread until golden brown. Spread 1/2 tbsp cream cheese onto each piece of toast. Place 4 thin slices of avocado on one piece of bread and 2 slices of tomato onto other piece. Put pieces together and enjoy. This is a great sandwich that all of my friends go nuts over when I make them for a brunch.
