1 lb. ground venison
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 tbs. chilli powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can red kidney beans
4 cups stewed tomatos
2 cups water
Add all remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
Can be topped with low fat cheese and served with wheat crackers.
Served with a side salad, it makes a filling meal.
