    1 whole egg beaten
    3 Tbsp unsweetened apple sauce

Directions

Beat egg and add the applesauce. Pour into a bowl sprayed with non stick spray. Microwave for 1 minute - or depending on altitude until becomes fully puffed. Naturally sweet and light for a quick exit out the door.
