Quick Zesty Italian Pasta

Introduction

A quick, healthful and satisfying meal. Great for lunch, and easy to take-and-go! Save on calories and fat by omitting the cheese. A quick, healthful and satisfying meal. Great for lunch, and easy to take-and-go! Save on calories and fat by omitting the cheese.

Ingredients

    Approximately 2oz Penne or Farfalle pasta
    1/4 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
    2 Tbsp Kraft Light Done Right Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
    1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded (optional)

Directions

Fill a 2 quart saucepan with about 6 cups of water and bring to a boil (salt if desired once water is boiling). Add pasta and cook according to package directions, adding broccoli to water for last 3 minutes of cooking time.

Drain pasta and broccoli well in collander and return to pot. Add dressing and toss gently to coat. Transfer to bowl or plate and top with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
