Cinnamon Apple Salad (My Recipe)

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 medium fresh apples
    1/2 cup dried cherries
    2 tbsp sugar free hazelnut powdered coffee creamer
    1/4 cup dates, chopped
    1 small container Fiber One vanilla yogurt
    2 tsp cinnamon, ground
    1/2 lemon, juiced

Directions

Cut apples into bite size pieces. Pour lemon juice over apples to keep from browning.
Sprinkle cinnamon over apples and stir.
Add cherries and walnuts.
Add creamer and to yogurt and stir until smooth.
Pour over fruit mixture, stir and refrigerate.
