Ground Turkey Curry

Introduction

Quick dish that is easy to hide veggies in! My kids love it! Quick dish that is easy to hide veggies in! My kids love it!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
    2 Large Celery Stalks, chopped
    1/2 Onion, Chopped
    1 Can Cut Green Beans, Chopped
    8 Oz dry brown rice pasta (or any other pasta you like) cooked how you like it!
    1 TBSP curry powder
    Garlic salt or seasoning salt as needed

Directions

Brown the turkey in skillet, add onion and celery. Cook until veggies are soft. Add spices. Stir in green beans and pasta. Serve! Makes about 6 servings. A serving is about 1.5 cups.

Tip: any veggies are good with this dish: carrots, zuchini, tomatoes, you name it! The curry is what bring is all together!
