2 Tsp Cornstarch
3 7oz cans clams, reserve juice (about 1 cup)
24 large shrimp peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp garlic minced
1/2 tsp cruched red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup white wine
4 cups linguini or spaghetti, cooked
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup diced tomatoes
Spray a skillet with cooking spray. On medium- high heat add shrimp, garlic, red pepper, and salt. Cook 2 - 3 minutes until shrimp is pink. Remove shrimp.
2. Add wine, remaining clam juice, juice and corn starch mixture, and thyme and boil for 1 minute. Return shrimp to skillet and cook until heated through. Toss with linguini and parsley. Top with tomatoes.
